Nexus TelemetryConsole

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026 · Early access programme

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Nexus Telemetry™ Fleet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. They are a legal agreement between you (and the organisation you act for) and Liquidbinary Ltd, registered in Scotland (company number SC370778). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service, and early access

The Service is managed fleet telemetry for Starlink terminals: your enrolled devices report performance data to a managed server, and your team views and manages the fleet through dashboards we host.

Early access programme: the Service is currently in early access, ahead of general availability. During early access:

3. Your account and organisation

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

5. Your software licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the collector software on devices you enrol, for the purpose of using the Service, for as long as you use it. The software and the Service remain our intellectual property. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

6. Your data

Your telemetry belongs to your organisation. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your organisation at any time. On cancellation, data handling follows the Privacy Policy; export your data first if you want a copy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Scotland (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: the Service is provided without warranties beyond those stated; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond our backup obligations described here; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100. You accept that a beta service is not a substitute for safety-critical monitoring.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; for material changes we will email your account address before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
